Mini Blue Gels - Box of 80

Freeze blue gel packs before use, allow 4 to 5 hours. They will stay flexible
Apply the chilled gel packs for the patient before they leave your surgery
Load the blue gel packs into the side pockets of the Jawstrap
Put the Jawstrap on with chin seam at the bottom. Pockets facing outwards
Tighten Velcro for compression. Not too tight or too loose.
Reposition over the area as required
Maximum use would be 20 mins on, 20 mins off while awake for the first 48 hours. This should reduce the need for pain killers
Some leave the strap in place during the 20 mins off phase (without gel packs in it) to keep the area compressed
Sleeping with the Jawstrap on (with no gel packs) is another suggestion

The entire pack is latex free.
